Returns & Exchanges

It is very important to us that your shopping experience is positive and satisfactory. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if it arrives damaged, please call us at 800.684.1555 and we will fix the problem as fast as possible.


You can return your purchase for an exchange or refund within 45 days of the original ship date of your order for a full refund during the current catalog (ex. Holiday catalog). Any returns after that date are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Only complete gift sets or representative kits may be returned for credit. No credit or exchange will be issued for incomplete returns. 


We do not accept returns on face masks whatsoever. Dated materials (i.e. calendars, checkbook planners) can not be returned more than 45 days after the original ship date or past January 15th, whichever comes first.


We are not responsible for any return shipping fees. All refunds will be issued back to the card purchased on or in the form of a check within four weeks of the returned shipment. If you would like the credit to be left on your account, please indicate that in writing.


Returned items must be in its original packaging, clean and in brand-new condition.

To exchange an item, return the item you wish to exchange to us and indicate in writing the item you wish to exchange it for. You are responsible for the cost shipping of the new item to you.
